The Finance Manager is a key member of the Wild Bird Trust of BC (WBT) staff team, helping to drive decisions on operations, social enterprise business growth, revenue generation, and financial processes for statutory and funding requirements. The Finance Manager will play a key role in day-to-day financial systems, help sustain growing programs and staff team, and produce timely financial reports and planning documents to support the organization. The organization has experienced a 50+% growth rate each of the past five years, and is seeking to stabilize at $650K revenues in 2023. The area has been occupied by Tsleil-Waututh and Coast Salish People since time immemorial.
