The FIRE Foundry Crew Supervisor (FFCS) will make significant contributions to providing a positive work environment that values diversity and fosters a commitment to teamwork and learning. The FFCS is responsible for all aspects of supervision for a crew of 12 young adults. The FFCS will lead the crew in successfully completing a wide range of fire fuel reduction projects as part of the FIRE Foundry program. The FIRE Foundry Program is a collaboration between CCNB, Marin County Fire Department, Marin Wildfire Prevention Authority, U.C. Berkeley, Stanford University, the College of Marin, and the Marin Office of Equity to establish an emerging science and technology-savvy, community-oriented wildfire prevention workforce by providing job training and skills development for underserved, un
