This position is a Fish and Wildlife Biologist, GS- 0401-12 working in Cheyenne, WY for the R6-Wyoming Ecological Services Field Office. The incumbent will serve as the Renewable Energy Coordinator for Bureau of Land Management projects for the Wyoming Ecological Services Field Office in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The primary responsibilities include evaluating Bureau of Land Management renewable energy projects and coordinating with proponents and agencies to avoid, minimize, and offset impacts to bald and golden eagles, listed species, birds of conservation concern, and species of special concern. The goal is to maintain healthy wildlife populations, which will require developing landscape level approaches and broad coalitions.
