Provide critical support and assistance to the Regional Hunter Education Program Coordinator and the 300+ regional volunteer Instructors to provide required classes to Hunter Education students.

Specific Job Duties may include:

  • Answering phone, e-mail and in-person inquiries for Hunter Education Classes and lost certificate replacement from the public.
  • Administering to the needs of instructors for info, supplies, equipment.
  • Delivery of supplies to instructors when required (possibly involving evening and weekends, travel).
  • Keeping track of loaned equipment inventory.
  • Misc. administrative record keeping such as filing.
  • Registering classes from instructors into database, including e-mail and correspondence wit
