Picture yourself playing an important role supporting management of Puget Sound’s popular recreational crab and shrimp fisheries. In this position, you will oversee a team of technicians as part of the Program’s crustacean fishery monitoring project, and oversee and conduct field operations to collect crab and shrimp biological and fisheries-related data to support fisheries management. This position also has key roles in leading projects aimed at acquiring information needed in crustacean management; in data management, analysis, and summarization; and in the development of reports and recommendations.  Importantly, this position will also provide key support in stakeholder engagement and education.
