This is a seasonal position with the Bureau of Fisheries.

Applicants must have a degree, or be in the course of study, in fisheries or a closely related field. The work involves assisting Fisheries Biologists by conducting creel studies; sampling fish populations, water quality, invertebrates, and aquatic insects; performing fisheries data tabulations; formatting data for reports; and performing routine maintenance on facility equipment. Work is conducted on various lakes, rivers and streams or in a hatchery setting.
