Position/Project Specifics: The Redds and Stranding program based out of Red Bluff California covers a study area from Keswick Dam down to the Red Bluff Diversion Dam. Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission (PSMFC) and California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) work together to monitor shallow Chinook redds and perform juvenile fish rescues on the Sacramento River in California's Central Valley.
