Forest Enterprise Scotland (FES) is an agency of Forestry Commission Scotland and its main task is to manage the National Forest Estate. FES will become Forestry and Land Scotland as part of the Scottish Government as of April 2019. This post is part of the FES Head Office (FESHO) Planning & Environment team, which provides strategic direction, support and guidance to the 5 Forest Regions in Scotland in delivering agreed corporate targets, maintaining UK Woodland Assurance Standard (UKWAS) certification and contributing to smooth and efficient running of FES business.
