Job Description Duties Specific duties will include conducting biological field surveys, developing impact avoidance and mitigation measures, and conducting environmental compliance training and monitoring. Map and mark sensitive areas for avoidance during project Conduct the following survey efforts: Focused surveys for cavity and foliage-roosting bats Remote surveys using acoustic recording equipment Surveys and monitoring to confirm bat exclusions and returns Abandoned mine studies Wind farm mortality surveys Conduct crew training for projects that could affect roosting bats Coordinate and train junior-level biologists who will assist with conducting surveys, monitoring, and trainings Maintain monitoring reports, and generate summary reports Communicate regularly and clearl
