The Upper Thames River Conservation Authority is currently accepting resumes for the permanent, full time position of General Manager/Secretary-Treasurer. The General Manager/Secretary Treasurer is the Chief Administrative Officer of the Authority and reports to the Board of Directors and the Hearings (Executive) Committee as required. The General Manager has full charge and direction of all employees of the Authority and is responsible for directing, co-ordinating and evaluating the development and execution of programs, policies and decisions, consistent with the direction of the Strategic Plan.
