As the core interface between Indonesia and the GCF, the NDA has strategic oversight over all GCF related activities in a country which includes ensuring the alignment of GCF investment decisions with national priorities. Every project/ program in a country that is proposed to the GCF is required to receive a No-Objection Letter (NOL) from that country’s NDA. The issuance of such NOLs requires the NDA to review the proposed funding proposals and concept notes. To achieve high-quality review, GGGI is building a roster of expert reviewers in several topics related to GCF key target areas. The expert reviewers in the roster will be supporting in funding proposals/concept notes review, such as giving recommendation and opinions related to the projects. The experts are expected to have expert
