We are recruiting an expert to lead our work on gender equity in small-scale fisheries and marine conservation, with an initial focus on our programmes in southwest Madagascar. The position will lead on promoting gender equity throughout our technical functions and global network of sites, including embedding consideration of gender within programme design, research and learning, and capacity building. This will include supporting colleagues, partners and communities to apply gender mainstreaming principles and tools into the design, monitoring and adaptation of programming.
