We are looking for an experienced Grants Officer to work with the Grants and Major Donors Manager to help identify emerging funding sources and write high quality and compelling bids to support our innovative projects across Sussex. The role will involve working closely with colleagues to develop funding bids, secure grants and ensure high quality reporting. Key to its success is the ability to develop and maintain good relationships with funders, partner organisations and other Wildlife Trusts. The role also involves developing excellent relationships with our high level supporters and major donors through bespoke communication and an inspiring events programme.
