This position will assist the Boat Access – Grants Section in the administration, management, and evaluation of federal and state grant programs and any subgrants assigned to the position for the duration and lifecycle of the grant and general duties associated with the programs or directives of the Section.   Responsible for the administrative and program review/analysis of grant applications to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines prior to award.  Provide advice and technical assistance to local units of government and other agencies regarding program development.   Publishes notices in the Florida Administrative Record (FAR) related to the availability, application and evaluation of federal grant opportunities administered by the Section.
