This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development and delivery of the ParkPower project. ParkPower has been selected as one of 5 innovative UK Rethinking Parks prototype projects. Providing energy services, such as generating energy, from parks can provide clean, green local energy; connect consumers with their park (and energy supply); and produce an income stream which can be reinvested in our greenspaces. The ParkPower project will develop a strategic GIS based approach to identify and monetise the best energy generation and storage options for parks and greenspaces.
