The Seattle Aquarium is looking for three guest services representatives to join the team! The primary function of the guest services representative (GSR) is to work directly with the public to fulfill a variety of customer service responsibilities, such as greeting guests and selling admission tickets. This includes offering a high level of customer service to our guests, many of whom are tourists from around the world. GSRs use Acme Point of Sale (POS), a computerized ticketing and reservation system, for all transactions.
