Archipelago is seeking hard working and reliable workers to assist with the delivery of it’s groundfish dockside monitoring program in Port Hardy, BC.  Hours of work can be irregular with weekend and evening work required.

Duties

  • Assist a Fisheries Observer by tagging halibut and counting fish.
  • Identification of all species landed.
  • Accurate recording of piece counts of offloaded species.
  • Monitor compliance of fishery regulations.

  • Requires fine motor skills, manual dexterity, and use of both hands.
