Lepe Country Park is one of Hampshire County Council's most popular visitor attractions hosting around 300,000 visits each year. The site has a full programme of events for the public, welcomes school visits and has a very successful Friends group which provides many volunteers to assist park staff. It's an exciting time to join the dynamic and innovative team at Lepe. Your work, as Assistant Ranger will be to deliver an agreed programme of practical, interpretive, educational, ecological and administrative works in order to provide a high-quality management of the Park, where both visitors and wildlife are kept in mind, to balance the needs of recreation and conservation wherever appropriate.
