This is a great opportunity for an excellent communicator and highly motivated individual to join Bird Aware Solent, a new and exciting project working to protect the Solent coast’s bird life. This role is based within Hampshire County Council. Working across the Solent coastline you will be working as part of a ranger team, providing an on-the-ground ranger service in the Solent’s three Special Protection Areas (SPAs). This position focuses on community engagement; you will be engaging directly with the public to raise awareness amongst visitors of the sensitivity of this internationally important wintering site for migratory birds.
