The vacancy for a new Head of Conservation Services at BCT offers a great opportunity to join the UK’s leading charity devoted solely to the conservation of bats and their habitats. The role is responsible for a sub-set of the BCT Conservation Team (helpline, training and conferences, bat groups and country officers), as well as key project areas, depending on experience, including leading on bats and health, and the implementation of a new ringed bat database and guidelines. We are looking for someone with experience of leading and managing staff, including line management, training, and development techniques to build strong, motivated teams.
