RSPB are looking for a strong leader to establish and grow RSPB's role in the movement for nature and climate. To tackle the nature and climate emergency we need many more people to feel enabled and empowered to act for nature. RSPB cannot do this alone; we need to be part of a bigger movement for change. We need to connect, empower and mobilise more people to save nature, and support this movement to shape social, political and economic change. We need to harness the power of people and their incredible ability to make a difference. We need to put people at the heart of our mission to save nature, and that is what the RSPB's Saving Nature Through People strategy is all about.
