An hourly Vegetation Management Technician is available with Colorado State University (CSU) and the Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML), and will be located at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. RESPONSIBILITIES This position is part of the Land Rehabilitation and Management (LRAM) crew. The focus of this position is vegetation management (e.g. herbicide application, mechanical cutting, hauling) and revegetation efforts (hydroseeding, soil amendments, tractors, water tanks, etc.) for increased military safety and land sustainability. The successful candidate will also be expected to operate chainsaws for vegetation management practices. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
