As HR Administrator you will join a busy team supporting the end-to-end recruitment processes as well as being involved in the wider HR administration. Ideally you will have a sound understanding or practical experience of HR practices and a solid appreciation of the HR function in business.

Base Negotiable (occasional travel to FSC Head Office, which is based near Shrewsbury will be required)
Up to £19,579 per annum plus benefits
37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday

Ideally you will have a good standard of education to include English & Maths, and/or appropriate vocational experience; will have experience of working in a busy administrative role; need the ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality; and be proficient in the use of standard office software. You will need to be highly organised with the ability to focus and prioritise workloads. A prerequisite is excellent verbal/written communications skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
