We are looking for an Crew Member Services & Operations Coordinator to be based at Boca Raton, FL headquarters and also at our Distribution Center in Deerfield Beach. Your mission is to ensure that we are proactively and reactively providing services and support to crew members with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and with the highest level of customer service with a relentless desire to support a culture of people and ensuring that we are always considering our actions through the lens of the crew members, from onboarding to offboarding the company. Our desire is to create  world class crew member experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute & improve upon existing HR processes such as on-boarding, orientation, benefits, status changes, leaves of absence, etc.
