This position is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the intern and volunteer programs for the Alaska SeaLife Center.  This position is also responsible for administrative duties within the Human Resource Department Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience in Human Resources related position or the equivalent required. Basic computer skills.  MS office word and excel.   Essential Duties:
  1. Manages Intern and Volunteer program operation under the supervision of the Sr. Human Resources Manager including recruiting, correspondence, interviewing, reference checks, orientation, housing, evaluation management and exiting.
