Strategic, operational and safety management of the Spurn National Nature Reserve and the Spurn Discovery Centre, including implementing the business plan and reserve management plan, managing an annual budget of £450k and providing non-technical project management for the Wilder Humber programme, including HSE, capital works, fleet management and procurement. You will over-see the wider Spurn team, line managing the Visitor Services Manager and the Reserve and Marine Officer. As such, you will be expected to set the standards and vision for this dedicated group. You will also oversee the Discovery Centre.
