About the position The Upper Snake Region is seeking one temporary Fisheries Biological Aide ($10.60/hr. DOE; non-benefited) to contribute as a member of a fisheries management team in the Big Lost River watershed. This position will conduct creel check stations and contribute to day-to-day operations at Mackay Hatchery from June through October. Interested candidates can apply from 6/7 to 6/21, but the announcement may close sooner if a candidate is selected. General Information: This position requires driving to different locations in the Lost River Range, setting up signs on roads, interacting with anglers and the public, working in a team environment, completing data sheets, knowledge of general fish and egg husbandry, and grounds maintenance.
