Your main task will be to participate in characterization studies of the natural environment as well as in environmental assessments of projects of various sizes. You will be responsible for planning and carrying out floristic inventories and analyzing the data collected to formulate recommendations regarding the ecological value of the selected areas. You must be familiar with botanical inventory methods as well as wetland and riparian area identification and delineation. You will have written applications for certificates of authorization under section 22 of the Environment Quality Act
