JOB DESCRIPTION The overall purpose of this position is to coordinate and provide technical support for the effective and efficient implementation of the wildlife (fauna) component of TRAFFIC conservation work in Central Africa which covers the ten-member countries of the Central African Forest Commission (COMIFAC), i.e. Cameroon, Central African Republic, Gabon, Republic of Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Equatorial Guinea, Burundi, Rwanda, Chad and São Tomé and Príncipe. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: 1. Overall coordination of TRAFFIC’s fauna-related trade work in Central Africa; 2. Manage the implementation and further development of the Central African Trade in Wildlife Information eXchange system (AFRICA-TWIX), a tool developed to facilitate information exchange
