Description The Kane-DuPage Soil & Water Conservation District (KDSWCD) is seeking a permanent, part-time Resource Analyst. The Resource Analyst will assist the BOARD and Resource Conservationist in carrying out technical, educational, and informational responsibilities of the KDSWCD’s land use programs. These duties include, but are not limited to: • Providing technical assistance on urban and rural conservation issues • Carrying out the provisions of the Soil Erosion and Sediment Control program by performing engineering plan reviews, conducting construction site inspections, and preparing reports • Conducting natural resource inventories on parcels in need of zoning amendments through the use of GIS and onsite inspections • Educating the public and other professionals
