Position Summary The Resources Planner works with and is supported by the Director of Planning, Development and Engineering. The position is responsible for the coordination and review of documents circulated under the Planning Act and in addressing our regulation (made pursuant to Section 28 of the Conservation Authorities Act). Integration of watershed planning recommendations into our services and reviewing long-range planning initiatives are also elements of this position. Upon direction, the Resources Planner may be involved with environmental monitoring and flood forecasting as related to land use planning.
