Play a key role in conserving and helping people enjoy the natural heritage of the Darent Valley. This is a beautiful rural landscape lying within and beside the Kent Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), but just 14 miles from central London. Working from a converted barn on a rural farm, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of five staff delivering ‘Samuel Palmer’s Earthly Paradise’ - The Darent Valley Landscape Partnership Scheme (DVLPS). This innovative scheme is led by the Kent Downs AONB Unit and funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF), European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and other scheme partners. It brings together a range of organisations to promote, support and deliver an integrated and sustainable approach to landscape and heritage management
