Kent Wildlife Trust are recruiting two area Wardens who will be responsible for the day to day management of a range of important conservation sites, in the Blean and Swale areas. These are extremely exciting opportunities for people with a proven commitment to conservation to make a real difference to the conservation of our wildlife heritage in Kent. KWT owns, or manages, some 65 nature reserves covering over 8,100 acres. The Estates team composes 3-4 Reserves Managers and 19 wardens, and is led by the Head of Estates. The team is heavily dependent upon volunteer trainees, regular volunteers and contractors.
