This post draws together a number of tasks that are crucial to sustainable planning policy in Kent and Medway. The post holder will work alongside the Trust’s Planning and Conservation & Thames Gateway Officers in influencing development plans, planning proposals and projects. This is a post which will use to the full a broad mixture of skills built on wide, hands-on experience. The qualities of the individual appointed to the post will play a large part in determining the nature of the job. The post holder will play a key part in ensuring that planning and other land-use policy protects designated sites, wildlife habitats and wild species and work towards the Trust’s vision for a resilient ecological network for Kent.
