Kentucky Natural Lands Trust is seeking applicants for the position of Development Director. The Director will lead, plan and execute all aspects of development, including but not limited to: major gifts, annual and capital campaigns, grants, reporting, donor recognition, direct mail campaigns, email communications, fundraising and cultivation events, and board engagement. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of six years’ experience in the development field. Demonstrative knowledge of conservation and environmental issues within Kentucky, Appalachia and beyond is highly desirable. Must hold a valid driver’s license and be able to travel.
