This will be a wide ranging role, and you’ll get the opportunity to work together with colleagues from all departments to organise an event which creates lifelong memories for our visitors. You will be directly responsible for organising the staffing of the event, as well as identifying, contracting and managing new and existing external suppliers/contractors.

Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew is the world leader in botanic science and conservation, with two leading visitor attractions: The Royal Botanic Gardens Kew and Wakehurst. Wakehurst is Kew’s wild botanic garden in Sussex and one of the South East’s leading visitor destinations, with over 500 acres of formal gardens and designed landscapes, world woodlands and a tranquil nature reserve, and the world-leading Millennium Seed Bank.

We want a world where plants and fungi are understood, valued and conserved – because our lives depend on them.

We use the power of our science and the rich diversity of our gardens and collections to provide knowledge, inspiration and understanding of why plants and fungi matter to everyone
