• Role Summary Promote and establish a ‘learning organisation’ – that improves the problem solving capacity of the organization through better access to knowledge and expertise. Major Functions:
  • Develop a ‘centre of expertise for knowledge’ - connecting people to both find and share knowledge and experiences within and across Practices.
  • Organise frequent and structured interaction within and across Practices to ensure effective knowledge development, capture and transfer; sharing of lessons; identifying synergies and potential innovative solutions (close link to Deputy and Innovation function).
