About LPLC: Lake Placid Land Conservancy (LPLC) is a non-profit land trust operating out of the bustling village of Lake Placid, NY. The office is conveniently located on Route 73 in Lake Placid, just a short walk to the Chubb River, an outlet of Placid Lake that flows into the West Branch of the Ausable River and eventually into Lake Champlain. Lake Placid is located in the Adirondack High Peaks.
