This is an opportunity to be involved in an exciting new initiative which aims to improve the landscape and heritage of Pendle Hill. The post will assist with the delivery of the new Pendle Hill Landscape Partnership Scheme, on behalf of the Forest of Bowland AONB and the Pendle Hill Landscape Partnership Board. In particular the trainee will work with the LP Farming and Wildlife officer, and the Dry Stone Walling Association's (DSWA) project co-ordinator (in post January 2019). The Graduate Trainee will be focussed on the Traditional Boundaries project, which aims to restore neglected hedgerows and dry stone walls in the Pendle Hill area.
