The Land Protection Associate provides technical and administrative support to the Minnesota Land Trust’s Land Protection program. Primary responsibilities include the compilation of project Baseline Documentation Reports and management of project-related information/data. The position requires significant amounts of field work at locations throughout Minnesota, which at times could be strenuous, require potential use of boats or other vehicles, and occur different times of the year. The Conservation Associate assists the Land Protection Coordinator and Program Managers in creating maps, maintaining GIS files, developing project documents, and actively participating in other ways as a key member of the Land Trust team.
