The New Jersey Conservation Foundation is seeking an individual to manage all aspects of development; major giving, annual fund and membership, fundraising events, capital campaigns, planned giving and corporate and foundation giving. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and eight years of successful experience in fundraising or related professional field and a track record of success in nonprofit fundraising and broad experience with major giving, annual fund and membership, fundraising events, capital campaigns, planned giving and corporate and foundation giving. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills; strong supervision, organizational, project management skills, experience and knowledge of client relationship management software.
