About us Groundwork is a leading regeneration charity, working through partnership to create communities in which people are proud to live and work. Groundwork has been delivering environmental projects across the North East for over 30 years and currently has a total programme worth in-excess of £10 million per year and employs 250 members of staff across the region. The landscape team is based in Middlesbrough and also operates remotely, delivering a wide portfolio of schemes across the whole of the North East region – Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, County Durham and the Tees Valley.
