Rocky Point Bird Observatory (Victoria, B.C.) is looking for someone with knowledge of birds and experience in environmental education to be the primary instructor for the organization’s education and outreach programs. Rocky Point has established a small, but growing, elementary and middle-school education program, and offers adult education programs throughout the year. The Lead Educator will report to the Board of Directors through the Executive Director. The position will initially focus on promoting and implementing the existing school education programs and related youth education events. The Lead Educator will be responsible for contacting potential schools and student groups, scheduling events, working with the RPBO site manager to arrange for physical setup of site for events
