This position will focus primarily on youth audiences (age 12-25 years) including the design, coordination and implementation of youth development activities, internships, in-person and digital programs and curricula, and the training and support of youth mentors.  This position will also support youth and adult engagement in community science, climate change activism, conservation advocacy and action in partnership with our Wildlife Conservation team, community stakeholders and partners.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with youth-focused program development and facilitation, both virtual/digital and in person
  • Familiarity with science learning standards (such as WA State’s NGSS and Sustainability Standards)
  • Familiarity with cons
