The Legacy Giving Associate works as an integral member of the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF)’s Philanthropy Team with a goal of building AWF’s pipeline of legacy donors. Reporting to the Legacy Giving Manger (Manager), this will be a full-time position based at AWF’s Washington, DC office. The Associate will be primarily responsible for responding to new leads generated by marketing efforts, and following up with past inquiries by mail, phone, video chat, and email, gradually building up a portfolio of relationships to manage. There will be face-to-face visits (primarily locally) with donors when it is appropriate and safe to do so.
