Context: The Legislative Coordinator plans, organizes, and implements the Chapter’s state and local legislative priorities and governmental interactions. Scope: In cooperation with volunteer leadership, plans and implements the chapter’s approved legislative program. Recruits and organizes volunteer efforts, evaluates legislation, maintains government and political contacts and makes strategic recommendations that meets Sierra Club objectives. Job Activities:
  1. Plans, coordinates and implements the Chapter's legislative strategies as approved by chapter leadership. Lobbies and represents the Chapter to elected officials when this is an assigned program area.
