To organise, lead and supervise practical nature conservation work on the Trust’s wonderfully diverse range of nature reserves throughout Leicestershire and Rutland and other sites in conjunction with other Trust staff, volunteers and contractors. Developing and co-ordinating volunteer involvement and participation on Trust nature reserves will form an important element of the job. The ideal candidate will have good practical habitat management skills and experience, knowledge of health and safety issues and the ability to recruit and support volunteers.  Driving licence is essential.
