The Job: ​This is an exciting opportunity to work at Rutland Water Nature Reserve, one of the UK’s best nature reserves. Based at our purpose-built Volunteer Training Centre you will be involved in the practical habitat management on the reserve. Suitable for someone who is looking for a hands on practical role, you will be working with volunteers and staff undertaking all elements of work on the reserve. This will include recording and monitoring wildlife as well as interacting with the public on walks, talks and general wardening. The role will also have a key part to play in Birdfair which is held at Rutland Water Nature Reserve every August.
