Essential Job Functions: • Runs daily touchscreen sessions with zoo-housed Japanese macaques in view of zoo guests • Administers behavioral research projects with zoo-housed primates using physical tasks • Liaises with members of the Zoo’s Animal Care and Learning staff to schedule and run research sessions and to share research updates and findings • Maintains and summarizes a database of data collected during research sessions • Manages and conducts video coding projects in collaboration with the Goualougo Triangle Ape Project • Assists with data analysis and interpretation for dissemination of research findings via published peer-reviewed articles • Gives presentations to zoo staff and volunteers and at academic conferences • Assists with interpreting r
