This is an exciting opportunity based at our Visitor Centre at Gibraltar Point National Nature Reserve on the Lincolnshire coast near Skegness. The Centre receives in excess of 100,000 visitors per year. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the facilities at the Centre, including overseeing café operations, retail, delivery of events and working with colleagues to deliver a great experience for our visitors. The ideal candidate will have some managerial experience, gained in a similar, customer-focused setting, and will have a passion for the natural environment. The work will also include the recruitment, training and coordination of volunteers. Good administrative and basic financial skills are essential. Some weekend and bank holiday working will be required
